My big brother gets married

Congratulations to Jeff and Sarah Beth! They got married on Saturday in New Madrid. It was a beautiful day and we all had a wonderful time.

We met at the Hunter Dawson home for pictures and I was able to snap a few for myself. Before anyone asks, I was NOT the wedding photographer....:) Enjoy some of the photos below.

Newborn Model Session #1

This is 2 week old sweet baby Jack. I work with his grandma and as you can see in one of the pictures below, she is very proud! I had so much fun trying out my new lighting techniques on Jack and his mom:) Thanks for coming guys and I hope you like your sneak peek of our session.

Ready to get back on track

After having a month off from studio sessions, I am ready to get started in the new studio. I have just completed photographing ball teams and can now focus on studio sessions in the BRAND NEW STUDIO!!! Check back soon for some Grand Opening specials......

I realized I hadn't added any pictures to my posts lately....I will end with a picture of my son Jamison. He is going to be a first grader in August:)

Monday will be my first "official" session in the new studio!!

New Studio info!!!!!

I am so excited to let you all know about my new studio!!! It is going to be ready for sessions on Monday, June 23. The carpet is being laid today and the walls have to be painted still.......but other than that all I will need to do is move my stuff in!!!

I am looking for some newborn models. If you have a newborn (preferrably 3 weeks or younger) and would like a complimentary session, please contact me! I have been to a workshop and learned some new lighting techniques and am so excited about trying them out on the itty bitty ones. Moms.....I need you to be in the pictures, too! All you need to do is wear a black shirt and you will ONLY be photographed up close with your new baby:) I will be accepting 3 newborns if you are interested in this type of session.

As I was talking to a photographer friend of mine, she shared with me a way she was purging cd's. What a great idea as I begin to move into my new studio! If you have had any pictures taken from 2004-2007, please contact me about getting your archived prints onto a cd for you! These cd's will include full resolution files. I will also give you a copyright release so that you can print them anywhere you wish. The cost for each cd session is 165.00. You are ineligible for this sale if you never placed an order. Also, you are exempt if you had a session in 2008. All cd's not purchased will no longer be available after the deadline of August 1st.
